Harley-Davidson Motor Company will serve as a Presenting Sponsor for the 2nd Annual Fresh Coast Basketball Classic. The event will bring four Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) to downtown Milwaukee Nov. 28 and 29 for a basketball tournament held at the U.S. Cellular Arena.
